CALVIN R. MASSEY, Associate Professor of Law, Hastings College of Law, teaches state constitutional law and American constitutional history and has written at length on constitutional issues.
RICHARD B. CUNNINGHAM, Professor of Law, Hastings College of Law, is a former attorney with the federal Office of Chief Engineers and has written at length on regulations dealing with resources and environmental matters.

Indispensible to study of California constitutional law.

This book, co-authored by former California Supreme Court Justice Grodin, is indispensible to any study of California constitutional law. Though it could use an update (the edition I have is 1993, and it contains the obsolete observation that recall had never been used for the holder of a state-wide office) and though it is enormously expensive, I am delighted to have a personal copy.
